Lodging at Historic Spring Valley Location
Kickstand Lodging is located on the second level of the historic Mercantile Company building in the friendly village of Spring Valley, Ohio (home of the Potato Festival the first weekend in October each year).
We are located on the Little Miami scenic bike trail and we are looking forward to welcoming guest and friends to enjoy our three newly renevated suites.
We are within walking distance to the Spartan Spirit (a full service restaurant and bar) which serves lunch and dinner. A laundry mat, the post office and a general store are also within walking distance. Xenia is 6 miles, Bellbrook is 6 miles, and Waynesville is 7 miles away.

Queen size bed, private bath, separate area for relaxing, kitchenette. The decor is blue and yellow.
Summer Suite
King size bed, private bath, separate area for relaxing, kitchenette, decorated in red and white.
Building History
The Mercantile Company building was opened by the Walton family in the nineteenth century and has always been an important establishment in the village.
The Mercantile also houses the Two Scoops Ice Cream Parlor, A Unique Mix Antique Gift Shop and Rose Tea room.
Fall Suite
Two double beds in separate rooms, private bath, an area for relaxing, kitchenette, decorated in aqua and brown.
